Having a close knit group here at Curated365.com, we weren’t surprised when the owner/founder of Jacqueline Rose Jewelry reached out about a collaboration with Bella’s Bumbas to ask if we’d be a part of it. We quickly let her know we’d be HONORED and that we wanted to learn more so we could share it with all of you.
Keep reading if you want to learn more about Bella’s Bumbas, how they started, how you can help, and more about Jackie’s partnership with them!

What does Bella’s Bumbas Do?
Bella’s Bumbas is a family-run 501(c)3 with a mission of providing young children with custom wheelchairs. They are based in Webster, NY but are supported by volunteers far and wide. Recipients are asked only to pay for shipping - there is no cost to receive a Bella’s Bumbas wheelchair.
What prompted Bella’s Bumbas to embark on this mission?
Namesake Bella, of Bella’s Bumbas, was born with spina bifida and faced mobility challenges from birth. Her family wanted to help make things more accessible, so they found plans for the Bumbo wheelchair online and decided to make one for Bella! They then realized that many families with children who had limited mobility were in a similar position — limited by insurance coverage and wanting to provide their children with the independence that being able to move more easily brings — and Bella’s Bumbas was born!
How can I check out one of these Bumbo wheelchairs?
We included a few images at the top of this post, but you can follow Bella’s Bumbas on Instagram @bellabumbas or check them out on Facebook to see some more of their recipients’ smiling faces and their custom wheelchairs. There are currently four models of wheelchairs available to accommodate kids as they grow. They also have a photo gallery on their website where I dare you not smile when checking it out.
Am I able to donate directly to Bella’s Bumbas?
Yes - you can do so online via their GoFundMe or their PayPal.
